A calm and refined transformation in Middle Park, The Beaconsfield project reimagines a dated 1990s kitchen into a light-filled, highly functional space centred around thoughtful kitchen design and renovation. Completed for a young family, the brief focused on creating a warm, minimalist kitchen with a Scandinavian sensibility, balancing clean architectural lines with softness, texture, and everyday practicality.

The existing kitchen felt dark and enclosed, with heavy finishes that limited natural light and disrupted the flow of the home. At the heart of the design is a restrained, minimalist foundation, defined by flat-panel cabinetry with near-invisible joins and fully integrated appliances that maintain a clean, uninterrupted aesthetic.
