Our Graham Project client had a plan in mind and executed it seamlessly. Our client purchased the home and lived in it for 12 months to get the feel of the space and what she wanted to do with her renovation.
Sometimes jumping into a renovation project might not be the right decision, especially when you have only just purchased the home.
This renovation consisted of two bathrooms, European laundry, a walk-in wardrobe and complete sanding & polishing of timber floors throughout the 3 level townhouse.
The downstairs bathroom was small and pokey and we were tasked with making this space larger and more functional. Removing an ill-fitted linen closet gave us additional space in the bathroom.
Upstairs there was a separate powder room and a small bathroom with a separate shower and bath. Opening up the powder room and bathroom to one large space, meant that we were able to fit our client’s ‘must have’ items. A Japanese soaker bath!
Our client was overjoyed with the finished spaces and is currently enjoying a glass of wine in her new bath.
