90s renovations were very basic and not as functional as modern-day renovations. Our Linacre project was very much in need of an update and what’s more fun than doing the entire house at once? 

The main works were the kitchen, bathroom and en-suite but our project extended to the carpets, painting and floorboards. Our family wanted a cheerful and happy update to their home and what better way to do that than to add colour, and a little bit of drama?

The main bathroom was divided into 3 rooms. Opening up the space to create one room, allowed for a larger more open main bathroom, which allowed for a large vanity, an oversized bath and a very comfortable walk-in shower. The en-suite was a small space and the layout worked well, so that was kept in the same configuration.

The kitchen backed onto the old laundry, so our designer incorporated the new butler’s pantry/laundry into the new kitchen space to create a more modern useable space. 

Overall, an overwhelming and more functional space for our Linacre family.
