We recently used Indulge Renovations for our bathroom renovation and were thrilled with the overall experience and outcome. Al was incredibly helpful, especially for us as first time renovators. We left feeling confident after each meeting and were happy with how transparent he was as we were provided multiple options that suited our budget.The tiling work and attention to detail were stand out. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be using them again for any future renovations.

Several challenges eventuated with a few design tweaks - but the gorgeous trades were totally accommodating. Bit tricky with the Italian marble crumbling ( how old was it?!) but tiling is gorge and was thoroughly discussed and implemented (love to PaulB). Noice bevelling! Impressive detailing.Hooks and accoutrements should be fully considered on plans - btw. Rhar rhar…Like the Eko bath sheets gift. x

Al and his team were fantastic throughout the entire process. Great communication, excellent troubleshooting and precisely on schedule.Always accommodating and happy to teach and explain. We have had a great experience from start to finish. Where unforeseen surprises inadvertently happen, Al is quick to provide solutions that helped us through the renovation. Al has a keen eye for design and has provided expert insight to make our renovation seamless and luxurious while keeping an eye on the bottom line.The finish is excellent and we are stoked with the end results of this renovation. Would recommend/10!

Working with Alan and Indulge Renovations has been a fabulous experience from start to finish, and we’re so happy with the outcome.Alan worked with us to completely transform a section of our garage into a laundry room, and then turn our eurolaundry under the stairs into a breakfast bar. Alan was a joy to work with – attentive, caring and accommodating. He took the time to really understand what we were hoping to achieve and collaboratively guided us through the design process. He expertly designed a space that perfectly suits the functionality and aesthetic that we were hoping for, and ensured that our renovation was well-managed and executed to a high standard all the way through. Our builder Paul and tradesmen were absolutely amazing, they executed our new spaces with the utmost care, precision and professionalism.We highly recommend Alan and Indulge Renovations, and absolutely love our new breakfast bar and laundry. Stunning, Beautiful, Amazing, Wonderful, an oasis, are just some of the words people have used to describe our bedroom. We took a room that was purely functional, and in some parts not even functional. We now have a room we love.Alan allowed us to explore both our ideas and his to develop something much more than we first envisioned. It has been transformational.Our brief to Alan was to renovate our bedroom, hallway and linen cupboard space, to provide better functionality and storage. We had done some architectural concepts previously but struggled to vision it in the space we had. Alan recognized some elements that could be changed with little effort, and we were then able to commit more to some fun and flair to create a more light, less cluttered and welcoming entry to our home, a huge uplift in line space storage and a bedroom you simply don’t want to leave.Alan has been great to work with, extremely patient, purposeful, creative , very well organized and able to bring a team of trades together that work as a team. He has had nothing but positiveness in the job, was transparent in what could be achieved or not, and when any issues arose, it was never too hard to address. this has come out in the end result.

Alan's team renovated our (large) kitchen and bathroom. They also built a bespoke cupboard for our appliances. Indulge Renovations are an extremely professional outfit, we would definitely recommend them. Paul and the tradespeople were polite, efficient and always turned up when they said they would. We were provided online access to the program, so we could see progress in real time (as we had moved out for duration). Selecting fixtures and finishes can be time consuming and overwhelming, Alan took a lot of the stress out of it by preselecting a range and making recommendations. We wanted to keep our original overhead cupboards, Alan helped us choose complementary stone, tile and joinery selections that we would never have thought of ourselves, but we are so pleased with. We had two quotes initially that came in quite similarly but we're glad we went with Alan because of the service, information and peace of mind we received. With every project, issues come up, ours were solved promptly and with a minimum of fuss.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alan Nasrallah of Indulge Renovations on a major renovation of my three-bedroom home. The project involved a complete reconfiguring of thekitchen, bathroom, laundry and toilet areas. All other areas were carpeted or had new floorboards installed, painting throughout and to finish, the team replaced all my windows, air conditioning units and hot water system.Alan and his team made the whole process as stress-free and painless as possible. He was most helpful in the selection of new appliances, fixtures and fittings, door hardware, cabinetry as well as all the other details involved in the selection of appropriate products and finishes throughout.The workmanship and attention to detail were apparent in the finished product. Alan and his team did an amazing job on our project from start to finish. From the very start Alan came in with fantastic ideas and helped to develop our initial plans.We did a large renovation including new bathroom, kitchen, and rearrangement of the floor plan. We appreciated Alan's clear guidance and expertise throughout, from the design of the rooms to the fixtures and finishes used. He was very patient and generous with his time as we made all of the design choices, including the inevitable last minute changes of mind, and was clearly invested in ensuring a high quality outcome that we were happy with.We were very impressed with the trades involved. We required a full bathroom renovation in a very short space of time and Alan and his team were fantastic in being able to make that happen. He would work overtime to bring us multiple samples of tiles and tapware to ensure we could stick to our budget. They kept us updated weekly with what had been completed and what was to come, and progress photos. Their work was flawless. The Indulge team also installed our new kitchen, plumbing and gas and tile splash back. I would have no problem in recommending Alan and Indulge Renovations to anyone and would certainly use them again for any future works.

Absolutely delighted! Alan and team did my in-laws kitchen renovation and I was really impressed with the craftsmanship and how easy Alan and all the tradies dealt with my elderly in-laws. We wanted built in display and storage for our apartment but other contractors had said what we wanted was 'too difficult'. Alan and Seann the cabinetmaker listened to what we wanted then went and researched how it could be done. The end result is perfect and exactly what we wanted. All the various tradies were professional, friendly, turned up on time and were a pleasure to deal with. Thoroughly recommend Indulge Renovations.

This is the 2nd time we have worked with Alan and are so happy with our new outdoor entertaining area. We added a pergola, wrap around decking along with stacker doors & replacing old windows.
