The Indulge Renovations team brought new life to a Chelsea townhouse by redesigning two key areas: a new bar area and a new laundry, both tailored to the client’s needs and lifestyle.

The clients originally had a small euro laundry under the stairs, which they wanted to move into the garage to utilise some of the unused garage space. This allowed us to convert the old euro laundry into a multi-functional space: a breakfast bar in the morning and a wine and cocktail bar at night. The new bar area features a fun, feature wallpaper that adds a wow factor, custom two-toned cabinetry, brushed brass tapware, a custom stone benchtop, and a clever wine storage nook, creating a versatile and stylish space for any time of day.

The original laundry was a small euro-laundry behind a cupboard, lacking bench space and a sink. The clients wanted a larger, more functional laundry to accommodate both a washer and dryer, with ample bench space for sorting clothes. The new laundry design includes custom Spanish handmade tiles, terrazzo-look porcelain floor tiles, a stone benchtop, pale grey overhead cabinetry, and brushed nickel tapware, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics are met.

This transformation has turned the Chelsea townhouse into a home that perfectly balances style and practicality, providing the clients with beautiful and functional spaces to enjoy.
